About the Topeka Development Corporation ( TDC)
In October 2023, The Topeka Development Corporation was created by the City of Topeka Governing Body. The TDC is a not-for-profit corporation created to hold the title to Hotel Topeka and contract with a management company who oversees day to day hotel operations. TDC Board Bylaws
